    Hey everyone,

    Just curious to what some of your goals for professional development are/were when you started as a new grad? I was thinking some of mine would definitely be skill mastery and utilizing and expanding my critical thinking. Anyone have anything different they'd like to share?

    I graduated in May and have been orientating for 4 wks now on a 42 bed med surg unit. I am now up to 5 patients on day shift. Prioritizing, delegation, and time management are 3 of my goals I have been working towards.
