How do employers perceive Western University direct-entry MSN PROGRAM?

Nurses New Nurse

I just attended an orientation at Western University Pomona ca direct-entry MSN program. The program really seems like something that would fit my educational needs. However, I'm concerned that after completing the first 16-months you're able to sit for the NCLEX which is great but you don't have a degree in nursing at this point:uhoh3:. How do employers view this sure I have my B.S in business but no degree in the nursing field specifically. Please help if anyone has gone through the first 16-months of Westerns program and have passed the NCLEX exam let me know what employers have thought about you not having a degree in the specific field even though you passed the NCLEX exam:confused:.
