I just landed a job and it's 12 hour days and every other weekend. My Nurse Manager mailed me my orientation schedule and I'm on every Saturday..is that normal? (And if you're wondering, it's not b/c of my preceptors' schedule, b/c I am orienting with 3 different nurses)

Should I say something or just suck it up??

how long does your orientation go for?

could just be a typo, would ask.

I would ask your manager. Your orientation schedule may be different from what your work schedule will be, but you still need to know for sure.

I know it's not a a typo b/c it was handwritten. The orientation is for 6 weeks, the schedule I have is for 4 weeks.

What should I say? I don't want to come off as a complainer.

Just ask if the orientation schedule is supposed to be different from your work schedule and say that you noticed that you are scheduled for every Saturday when you thought that it would be every other weekend. You aren't going to be complaining about something you just need to get clarification. Don't be intimidated by the NM. Part of their job is to answer staffing questions.
