Nurses New Nurse

I have had it with this job. I have had nothing but a huge negative experience. I worked for a year without any major problems. Then I left where I was to go to a LTC acute facility, and wound up with a crabby preceptor who focused on every mistake I made. The management was no help. I showed up day after day and was so uncomfortable I made mistakes left and right. Now Im finally ready to quit! I hurt none of my patients, but I could have made some med errors if the preceptor didnt catch them. I hope I am in no danger of anything against my license. I

have been on orientation for five weeks. Im meeting with the manager and human resources director tomm. I feel like I am on trial. I just want to put this negative experience behind me, and take what I did learn, which was alot. Can this experience affect my license??? when is a nurse deemed "not safe?" Is someone labeled that if there is a disastrous job experience like this? Any thoughts appreciated
