New to Excelsior

Hi I am newly enrolled to Excelsior College and I have to take Anatomy and Micro and was looking for some guidance from anyone who has completed these classes. I am not sure how to even get started! Thanks for any input!

If it is authored by Mancini, it was the correct book (the last time I checked).
