    You cannot gain access to the study guide until you are eligible for the CPNE. There are pretty stringent rules about that.

    The link to download it is on the MyDetails tab of MyExcelsior, I just downloaded it and I am not CPNE eligible yet either

    try to go to Southern Regional in Ga no peds
    i took it there in Sept and passed on my first try
