Im currently in Interventional radiology and would like to transition to ER. It was recomended to me to take the TNCC to increase my chances of getting hired. Any suggestions on what to study as well as wha to review for the practicum?

The only thing you need to do to succeed in this course is study the assigned materials (textbook).

Get your hands on this ASAP and read through. Focus on the A-I survey and interventions for each step. The scenarios for the practical exam are at the back of the book, and reviewing these is excellent preparation for the course in general.
