Start new pedi ER job feb 5th as RN (nights)

Advice??? Best references... Best shoes? Lol

What is the biggest thing to memorize and read up on...? I feel pretty good about it, just natural nerves. Loved clinicals there...

Tips & tricks? Anything you suggest i should buy?
