Advice on Emergency Nursing Journals

Hi Everyone,

I am currently preparing an article to submit to an appropriate emergency nursing journal and wanted to guage my fellow ED nurses on the journal they feel is the most appropriate. The article is a research based critique about emergency management of severe traumatic brain injury, particularly regarding oxygenation and hypertonic fluids. It is fairly technical / clinical, and obviously pertains to emergency nurses role in'resuscitation and prevention of secondary brain injury. The best fit I have found so far is the Advanced Emergency Nursing journal in the US although I have been unable to find the impact factor or find out how highly it is regarded by ED nurses stateside (I'm aussie). Our aussie journal seems too general for what I have written. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
