Hi, I am a new grad RN and I finally got a panel interview for DaVita Dialysis. I wanted to know if anyone knows what type of questions can they ask at the panel interview because I was a little nervous with the phone interview and now with the panel one I am very nervous. I really want this job because I have been struggling in finding a job for months now and I am very eager to start my nursing career and bring in some income in order to start paying my student loans and get some experience in. Any advice will be appreciated!! Thanks!!!

So how did it go? I am a new grad too, I just took the Hr long survey for Fresenius a couple of days ago and have my fingers crossed for an interview, but I haven't interviewed ever for a nursing position and have no idea what to expect. Do they ask you situational questions? are they about dialysis? Sorry no one was here to help you know what to expect, will you post some insights here for others who are interviewing as new grads for dialysis? I would def. appreciate it and I'm sure many others will as well. Thanks in advance!

For my interview they asked a lot of behavioral type questions, such as "How will you handled a conflict?" How did you handled a difficult patient and how was it resolved?" Also asked about your strengths and weakness, and the "Tell me about yourself?" They do ask why you chose dialysis and also if I knew what consists in the job of a hemodialysis RN. Just be prepared, practice those behavioral questions and have some examples of your clinical experiences to answer them, and also be sure to know some information about the company in case they ask why you chose to work with them or what do you know about the company. Also for any interview be prepared to ask them questions to show your interested. Good luck and hope you get an interview!!
