Can't stand dialysis

I've only been at this job for 2 months and I am sooooo unhappy. I feel sick just thinking about going to work because of how much I hate it. I don't like the environment, the team and most of the patients. Everything about this makes me miserable, but I feel bad leaving after such a short time.

I keep telling myself to hold out until the end of the year, but it has taken everything I have just to make it through this week! I need help. What should I do?
