Rn laser hair removal

Hi all!

I will be graduating nursing school shortly with an associates RN. I also have a bachelors of science in business, and a certified esthetician. I was an esthetician for 7 years and loved it but wanted more which is why I chose to go to school for my RN. I would love to work for a plastic surgeon, dermatologist or med spa but wanted some in site from any nurses who work in these areas.

Currently I am working as a nursing assistant on a med/surge floor of a hospital. It is definitely not what I want to do but has opened my eyes as to other options for employment. My concern with working for a med spa, plastic surgeon, or dermatologist would be the pay and benefits.

If anyone who practices in these specialties could give me some info on the hours you work, pay, and benefits it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
