Which would offer me the best benefits and just the best place to work, Hartford Hospital or UConn Health Center? Which one pays higher? Is it more difficult to get a job at Hartford Hospital or UConn Health Center?

UConn has better benefits because you would be getting state benefits. I believe the pay would be a little better at Hartford Hosp. I'm not sure what area you work in, but UConn has very few job postings. It would definitely be easier to get a job at Hartford Hospital as it's a much bigger hospital.
