Anyone recently apply to Regis' ABSN program?

I have a question regarding the application program. I've applied to The CHOICE program at Regis and the online program was different. The ABSN uses a different process with a program called Nursing CAS. Did you enter every course taken, or just pre-reqs? Did you answer the general 'why do you want to be a nurse' question? On the other application it gave you question options including if you've applied before answer this question. The application just seems so general that I want to make sure I'm doing it right.

Also, how early did you turn it in? It says to have it in 5 weeks before the deadline. I think I'm approaching the 5 week mark, and while I'll be able to get it in this week, I'm wondering if anyone has pushed the 5 week thing.
