On my clinical skills sheet, it states that the cna must clean the face, neck, arms, hands, chest and back for the partial bed bath. Would that include the ears and axillary aswell?

Also, when doing an occupied bed do you need to put a draw sheet or a chuck pad?

I know the fitted sheet goes on the bed first, and then what following materials comes after that?

Yes you will do the face/neck for a partial.

In my program, we just have the fitted sheet, incontinence pad, flat sheet & blanket.

It may be different from state to state, but here in Oklahoma, only the face (eyes, cheeks, behind ears), neck, hands, arms and armpits were required for the partial bed bath, not the chest or back. We were also taught to use a draw sheet for occupied bed. There's lots of instructional videos on bedmaking that was helpful on youtube!
