Did I Fail my CNA Exam?

Nursing Students CNA/MA

I just took my Red Cross CNA exam and I'm 99% sure I failed but I want some feedback. I don't think I committed any of the major mistakes, but I know I forgot to pull the curtain during one skill and forgot to check my actor's wristband. This is two mistakes. However, when documenting, I'm pretty sure I forgot to initial one section, which would be a third mistake and constitute a failure. I'm wondering if my saving grace could be that I did the minimum amount of documentation so forgetting one signature would be forgiveable? Lastly, when my actor left the room and I was documenting, my test administrator and I could hear my actor telling another candidate what skills I was given. So, can someone confirm that I failed or if I should still hold out hope? Just don't want to be surprised when it comes in the mail, but I'm pretty sure I failed.

Missing a bold step or 3+ regular steps constitutes immediate failure.

Seems like your passing depends on how stringent the proctor was, these test do not have forgivable mistakes. This case depends on the person observing you, only their opinion matters here.

Worst comes to worst, you will have to retest. This is not the end of the world, but do focus on the areas you know errors were made. Privacy and patient identifiers are huge issues in the healthcare realm! Plus, proper documentation could save your license one day.
