Whats the next step

Specialties CRNA

I've recently been notified that I have been accepted to the army crna program. Could anyone let me know what is my next step. Do I have to return to Meps and finish my inprocessing? If so, what is the next step after that? I'm a civilian going into the military and I dont have a clue on what is in store for me such as buying uniforms and is this going to be considered Tdy.

Congratulations. I've been in the USAF for about 6 years and am currently in the CRNA program at USUHS in Bethesda,Md. You need to stay on top of your recruiter. Alot of recruiters are great, but they are also busy. Get a list of questions together, take them to him or her and get direct answers. I would have missed my officer training date if I had not insisted that my recruiter get me some answers to some questions that I had. Anyway, good luck.

Congrats future classmate. In the near future we should be recieving contracts in the mail to sign, agreeing to the commitment we will incur for school. Many weeks after that, our orders will be sent to us via the recruiter's office. Your recruiter should be able to assist you with getting an initial set of uniforms. OBC starts in March, but I do not know the exact date. PM me if you have any more questions. See you in OBC!!!

Sandman...your PM box is full and you have the email function turned off...make room for me.:D I have some questions.
