Well it turns out the OR's do exist

I started clinicals today and the OR does exist...thought for a while there, CRNA and MDA's only practiced in books (just kidding). I am so glad to be in the clinical setting. It is torturous to take high-strung, very good ICU nurses and sit them in a classroom for months on end. At least give us some arms to stick. Anyway, just glad to be here.

And I can't wait for the day when I can tell you all how I like to run my remifentanyl and which patients I like to use it on. I am so glad I have been determined and perseverant enough to get this far... I am really gonna like anesthesia.
