Please help

HI, I am new to this site. I am wanting to be a CRNA by the time I am 35 and I am 20 now. I am having to take a long route due to family situations, I am going for my LPN then plan to bridge from LPN to RN then bridge from RN to BSN then work for 1 year in ER then apply to nurse anethesitist school. What all exactly does a CRNA do? Where all can they work? HOw much do they get paid? What is the school like? THanks for all the help and any support. amanda
