Nursing Students SRNA

Published

Hey everyone! I am starting to construct my application to apply for CRNA programs for the 2017 semester (preferably in North Carolina, but anyone who wants to leave their 2 cents is welcomed to do so). I am currently a NICU nurse in Kentucky, but will be transferring to the Surgical ICU starting in June. I am wondering what I can do/should do in order to make my application "look pretty"? I received a 3.94GPA in nursing school, got a 304 on the GRE, part of Sigma Theta Tau. I do NOT have adult experience (yet :D). I just started taking ECMO (extra-coporeal membrane operator) patients a few months ago and love the challenge. I just turned 23 years old, so I feel like Im able to be morphed by a CRNA program into the type of CRNA they want me to be?

If I anyone wants to just vomit some suggestions, ideas, advice, it would be awesome.

Gracias.
