Hello everyone. I am new to this site and had a few questions about possibly becoming a CRNA. I am just about to complete my BSN from Sonoma State University and am already thinking about graduate school. I am interested in becoming a CRNA or an ACNP. For those of you who are practicing CRNA's, I would like to know the following: what is your scope of practice as opposed to a Anesthesiologist, what is the amount of time/training required, demand/job availability, how much autonomy/dependence (on physician) do you have, job satisfaction/gratification, and any other insiteful information you might have. I look forward to hearing your thoughts and experiences. Thank you.
