Italian nurses

Hi, I am a nurse Italian that intensive coronarica works in a department of therapy, and meanwhile there greets to all.We in my department are 4 for 18 places bed (2 for 6 beds of intensive therapy, and 2 for 12 places bed for post-intensive) I am much admired of the degree of professionalism from you reached, and I hope to could pick up useful information from "transport" here in Italy, where our profession is unfortunately very back: but we are fighting for get important results.
You could explain me, in very simple manner...I use a translator for understand and learn the English well, like yours has divided profession, that is which I/they am the perspectives of career: from us in Italy practically nothing doesn't exist..you bear and you die Nurses..almost.
