Nationwide Care Managers Question For You


The company I work for was just bought out by Nationwide. I really love my job I am working now and would like to know if others like working for/with Nationwide. If someone is uncomfortable with a post you can PM me as I will not be passing comments to others, I just am a bit nervous having been involved in lay offs/downsizing 6 times already.

I appreciate any comments to the positive or negative.

I was in a similar situation. I worked for a company 10 years ago that was bought out 4 times in 2 years. We changed names each time. Eventually they laid off all the nurses from our office and became a claims processing center only. I would recommend getting out before being laid off. I would not want to go through a lay off, will never want to go through that again.

Oh yeah I remember how hard it was the first buyout I was part of. All kinds of promises were made that uh were never honored.

I am hoping this turns out better since I love my job.
