Caseload for Pediatrics in Outpatient Setting

Anybody have experience with pediatric case management for special needs kids in an outpatient setting? What is a "typical" caseload per case manager?

I just recently got a job in case management for special needs kids in an office setting, and will start next week!!! so I have limited information to tell you right now, but from what my nurse supervisor told me, since the area I will be working in is special needs kids IN foster care, the case loads will be slightly less due to the complexity of it, and each nurse gets about 20-25 cases. We also have to take turns being on call, and make home visits every 3 months on each kid, and sometimes we will have to go to the hospitals for admissions. I can't wait to start and leave my current job in psych!! :D
