Which is the best CRNE Prep School in Toronto?

Hi,

I am an International nurse who is pretty new to Canada. I am located in Toronto. There are some aspects in Canadian Nursing that i am really new into. I would like myself to be equipped with those fields. Hence I would like to attend some CRNE Preparation Courses in Toronto. I have read mixed reviews about Toronto School of Nursing and Toronto School of Health. it seems like there are not much institutes other than these who provide CRNE training in Toronto. I would like to know if some one can help me choose an institute for my CRNE Preps. Many Thanks !

I prefer Nurses Education Inc. over Toronto School of Health and they do have classes in toronto and mississauga. But before attending any prep courses, I suggest to read Potter and Perry textbook, CNA prep guide, Mosby, Lippincott CNA guide, and CNO documents pertaining nurse-client relationships, ethics, etc.
