Survey among health care professionals about job crafting from California

Dear nurses from California,

We are students from the University of Technology located in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
We are currently working on a research about the decision making of health-care professionals from California.
We are in the process of gathering data. To do so, we need a lot of health-care professionals to fill in the survey.
It will be greatly appreciated if you can fill in and forward this survey to your employees/colleagues.
The goal of this research to find out how job crafting can help health care professionals to improve their work engagement.

We only need nurses from California to respond. This is because the Californian health care legislation is most similar to the Dutch legislation.
