Does anyone know anything about San Clemente Hospital? Is it a good place to work?

I heard they have been through lots of changes, but am wondering if it is a nice place to work as a new grad lvn?

Thanks!

San Clemente hospital is very small and pretty old. MY mom just had surgery there in Feb. Her experience was okay. I was really disappointed in the ICU nurse she had because she wouldnt really give me the time of day. She didn't know I'm an RN. BUt that shouldnt matter anyway. When she was transferred to MED/SURG...it was really busy...but those floors always are.

HOpe this helped at least a little.

I live in San Diego too and there are a lot of opportunities down here.

Good luck! :)

Thanks for the reply.....I was looking more for management issues and style. You know, if its a good place to work.

There are lots of opportunities in San Diego, but I'm a new grad LVN, and its hard to get started in anything but a SNF. That is a shame.

Thanks for the info!
