Yeah it does seem like forever... Does anyone know how many students they are accepting in the spring and how many applicants there were?

I went to a pre nursing workshop, and a nursing counselor said that they are going to accept around 100 students and approx 500 student will apply each semester. Someone on here said they asked RCC and they said they are going to admit 60 people. So ?? the nursing Counselor also said that 75pts is a competitive score, but I'm reading last years thread and it seems that was the cut off. I'm really excited to hear.. I wish they would give us a heads up! This is such a big deal to me 😃

I'm kinda nervous about my points. How many points do you guys have?

I'm the one that called and they said 60 students over the phone. Maybe that is their generic answer when people call. I hope it's 100 though . And as for points I have 80.

To determine our general ed gpa do they just look at the remaining non prerquisite classes we put in the application? Or our overall college gpa

I'm at 80-85 points. Seems like there is a lot of people in this range.. Hope it's good enough to get me in!

When I went in for a counseling appt, they counted the coursework required for the associates degree in nursing-- so yea the co-requisites

I talked to the counselor last week and she said that the cutoff is looking to be around 75 and ive heard that some ppl with Bs in their science gpa have been invited to the teas so there couldnt be that many ppl in the 80-85 range considering the average scores. I think u have great chance of getting in its just a matter of waiting

Hope so! Did you take the teas @ RCC? I was shocked that the program avg was 64%. I scored in the 95th % and I didn't do so hot with an 86% adj score
