I have a pretty ugly criminal record that is about 15 years old. Under prop 47 I can have my felony reduced to a misdemeanor. I am half way through nursing school. My question is should I contact a attorney to have my records expunged. I know you are still obligated to report anything even if it's expunged but will this help me or is it a waste of money.
