Hello! just wondering if anyone here has attempted to do the COC-CSUN adn to bsn program at coc. I only need my sciences and I will be able to apply... but am debating taking the few extra classes I need to do the adn to bsn program. If any of you have done it, was it easy to get into the nursing program by doing this route?

I graduated from COC in Dec 2012 and from I was told then they no longer offer the COC-CSUN course. Double check with the nursing program it may be something they are looking into restarting for Fall 2013.

It says that they were going to start it back up in the Spring of '13 and every spring after that... I'm wondering if it makes it easier to get into the program if you are trying to do the adn to bsn program. I know its the same application you turn it, but I am curious as to if they will pick you over others if you qualify for the program

That is great news. I would absolutely go that route if possible. ADN are having a real hard time getting hired right now.

Sorry I have no additional information regarding getting accepted faster but worth trying.
