Congratulations!!! What did you do to improve your standings so that you would get the position this time around?

@Sai A -- I didn't actually change much of my application. I did rewrite my letter of intent. I also prepared more for the interview and tried to do some research on the hospital beforehand. I emailed the managers before I applied the second time as well to tell them that I was still interested in working for them and that I hoped to interview with them again.

Thank you babyrn, I will continue to look for other places, but if I can't find a spot anywhere I will definitely apply again. Doesn't hurt to keep trying, you taught us that. :)

hii everyone so i am doing my pediatric clinical rotation at CHLA and it was my first day today .. Scary exciting i guess everything at the same time. I never thought I would like it. I still have confused feelings about it. But again all i can think about is the moment i walked into those doors:yes: almost felt like heavens doors opened up. It truly was a magical experience. I am graduating next year june 2014. I wanted to know if i can apply for the program while I am in school next year in case they do have openings ... Thank you everyone xoxoxoxo
