Get use to not sleeping and I hope you have someone helping at home. Work ahead as much as you can because with kids, you never now if they will be sick or have other issues like babysitting.
I found it helped to spend one day a week, doing my grocery shopping and I would prepare meals ahead that I could freeze and then just reheat, I would spend sundays doing that and it was a time saver. Be organized, make to do list and schedule chores for your spouse if you can, that's what I did. I kept a calender on the frig with my school schedule and what would be for dinner and what chores had to be done.
