Who all applying for the nursing program at Shelton State community college? I only have 147 points. I feel down about that.

I am applying don't feel bad I only have 156 points I applied to both but my gut is telling me they will except me in the LPN program although I would perfer the RN program I will gladly accept the LPN program as well... let me know how it works out for you and I will do the same we should be hearing something late June

Hello is there anyone else out here who has applied to Shelton State Nursing program FALL 2014 RN/LPN ??? I am so nervous and anxious to receive acceptance letters!!

I applied. I have about 175 points. I'm nervous, too. Does anyone know when letters go out?

Letters r surposed to come out around the 21st of June give or take a day or two @Nola50 your points look pretty good I was so worried about my points I contacted (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) to see if I was in the running she calculated them up and told me I had the extra 11 points so I ended up with 167 she told me last year the cut off points was 168 but she said you never know so I remain hopeful she said only have 250 applications this year so my chances are more than good to be accepted into a program I applied for LPN and RN but deep down my heart desires are to be accepted into the RN but I will take either or GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE APPLYING the wait is almost over...Please let us know when you get your.letters and if your accepted I will do the same :-)

CLARIFYING LAST POST: (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) said the starting points was 168 and up so students whom had at least 168 was admitted into the RN program(2013) she also said they had more applications for the Fall 2013 program. They only have 250 applications year which means those of us with lower points have a better chance of being a accepted

I wonder what was the starting points for LPN? That got me worried now if they started at 160 something last year. They might do the same this year.

Andrea0895 Mrs.Lady ur freaking out git me freaking out..lol..she said she has twice as msny applications for the 2013 application period and she only has 250 this time our chances are good.I am so worried but I trust that if it is my time Lord Willing I will get in this time if not maybe God has other plans for me..We will be ok...either way I promise..:-)
