LPN (Philippines) to RN (Arizona) - Not enough time to finish BSN

Hello everyone, this is my first time post to this site. I have kind of a unique scenario that I was hoping to get some experienced advice on. My scenario is this:

1. I am a Filipina living in Manila and about 2 years away from finishing my BSN.

2. I am engaged to an American who also lives in Manila.

3. He was recently offered a promotion with his job which would require us to move back to the states (Arizona) in about a year. Originally we had planned on staying in Manila for about another 3-4 years.

I have heard of some LPN courses in the Philippines that I could probably complete in about 6 months because of my previous course work which would allow me to take the NCLEX-PN. Is this a good option? If I do become an LPN in Arizona is it hard to then become an RN? Would any credits completed towards my BSN be able to transfer towards an RN in Arizona?

We haven't decided if we will go back to the states next year or not as we are trying to figure out what is our best option but this is a great opportunity for him so I'm hoping to explore all possible options. Thanks for any advice.

Best to get your education in the USA, lpn program in USA is 9 months
