If you take the time to read the CGFNS website and visa screen section it tells you how to renew it
- Jan 31 by armelinaHi,
I am a nurse from Canada and after passing the ENCLEX,
I was given my nurse’s license from Florida in 2000.
I didn’t renew my license a year and a half ago as I retired.
Since then,I changed my mind and I would love to work again.
For the license,I got the information. It is my visa screen the problem.
And of course,I didn’t renew my Visa Screen either, so I would
appreciate very much if you could give me the information
needed to renew my Visa Screen.
I went to the CGFNS site and all I could see is that I have to fill out
a form which is asking me for details I don't have such as details about
NCLEX(results I never saw) and my TOFFEL test etc.
Do you have an easier way to do it?
Could I just asked them to look me up with my social security number?
Or send them a copy of the Visa screen they sent me before?
And of course pay the fee attach to it?
I don't see myself going through the same process I went through years ago.
Thank you very much,

- Feb 1 by Silverdragon102You will need to complete paperwork as they want and arrange for Florida to confirm licensure once you have renewed license but if you already have leave to live and work in the USA then I doubt you need to renew VSC
