Philadelphia Starting Salaries for new FNP grads

Hi,

Wondering if any recent FNP graduates working in Philadelphia or the surrounding area would be willing to share approximately the base salary they accepted for their first NP position in private practice, particularly in primary care? I'm trying to research what an acceptable salary would be for this locality that I plan to work in after graduation within the year (can't believe there is actually an end in sight!) I want to make sure that I'm educated to properly negotiate with future employers so that I don't get taken advantage of or accept too low an offer. I did review the recent Advance salary report 2011 but I'm looking for more specific salary ranges for my locality and for new grads. This site gives great tips on how to prepare for salary and benefits negotiations.
