I lose and gain weight, but when I'm in a hurry and am not able to workout I gain weight FAST!!! Darn those vending machines, lol.

This is so true in my case...I looked at my worst after my clinical duty and I don't want to be seen as much as possible! I got big dark eye bags,haggard looking and etc. etc!
