Oh my I just cannot get the creases out of my uniform and it looks bad. I put them on a high wash, they need to air dry as I have no tumble dryer, I Iron them but they still don't maintain a good standard. I have three uniforms and I will not wear one two days in a row. I only have them 4ish months...
I need some tips, my student uniform didn't need ironing....

I'm far from a domestic goddess (I use the dryer to get the wrinkles out of my scrubs) so I don't know if my advice will be helpful. But maybe try some starch as you're ironing?

Investigate other brands of scrubs or fabrics? Some just are not good at releasing wrinkles- while pricier, some of the better fabrics may be an investment that saves money and time in the long run.

Downy wrinkle release. That stuff is a lifesaver. I've never used it on scrubs though.

I tumble dry my uniforms and they come out ok.
Consider changing fabric content in your uniforms. My all cotton uniforms wrinkle more than my polyester ones. I think greys anatomy has poly-rayon which never wrinkled. My Koi are horribly wrinkly. Dickies, SCRUBS, Peaches, and White Swan are so-so on wrinkles. The material content are all different though.

Try sending to dry cleaner for laundering, heavy starch, and press.
The uniforms are supplied by the hospital and have the logo on it - I will put the starch on my shopping list and give it a go. Thanks peeps x

are you using fabric softener or dryer sheets? That may help.
I'm one of those weird ones that iron and starch my uniform, lol.

I've found that trying to iron out wrinkles from air-dried clothing is almost impossible. Even if I can get them smooth, the wrinkle "design" is still there. I then started ironing these items with light starch and while still very slightly damp. Problem solved.

My mom always ironed clothing while it was slightly moist. She had a mister she used if things dried out and still had wrinkles. She also kept the moist clothing in the freezer until they were ironed. Freezing them helped lots!
