I was at a hospital that did this, we had rapid responses every day in a few particular depts. cuz of poor orientation of new grads.....

I got fired for missing too many days, I was pregnant and very, very sick but they didn't care. They had the nerve to tell me good luck with your baby as I walked out.

Wow! Sounds like you are a bully victim, which contributes to unsafe working conditions, I agree you should find people who will not treat you this way.

Yeah, don't be rude, but just start walking out of the door, or sometimes I say , ok I will be back later, or I am going to visit some of your neighbors, and are all the meds passed new meds?? Some don't need a lot of education.

Always carry alcohol pads in your pocket, don't talk over me, and just because you don't want 6 patients on Med Surge, doesn't mean you are ready for the ICU.
