I agree it is best to know the critical elements to get the most out of the workshops. The workshop brings it all together.

Make sure you chart all of the critical elements even if you don't think it applies. On skin assessment I had elbows and I didn't chart that there was no moisture. For moisture I was thinking maybe incontinance or something like that. So make sure...

I had heard Saratoga was a really nice site and the CE's and CA was nice. I know a girl who went there on her second try and she said it was a wonderful experience so totally different from her first place. I have been thinking about going there.

It has been 13 years since I finished LPN school and they drilled care plans into our head. I think that is one of the main clinical things they went over constantly and they had to be perfect.
