Don't know where you live but I think in CA you can challenge LVN exam....Call the CA LVN board. That would save you a ton of time then you could get into an LVN RN transition program...just a thought. Good luck!

I think it depends on the unit you are in. For my brain sheet I googled "nursing report sheet" and a bunch of exmaples came up. I'll have to revamp mine soon too because I was working in a rehab unit and soon will be starting in med-surg unit. I hope...

Congrats!! If you don't mind me asking...which VA it is...some VA's are very particular in hiring ADN vs BSN due to trying to get Magnet status. I'm happy for you that you got in! Great place to work...I worked as an LVN for them in CA.
