Dang! I wasn't going to say anything, but I took A&P II in 5 1/2 weeks. I got the usual "A", but I'm telling you nursing school is different. I get "B 's" now and I'm working harder than I ever did. Study hard!

A&P II seemed easier, but I think that's because learning how to study for A&P was a constantly evolving process in A&P I. I finally found an efficient and effective way to do it by the end of the term - and carried that into A&P II.

No vaccine has been developed yet and it appears to have spread to new locations by travel. Mutated strains are a big concern too.

I can see how that read and apologize for my apparent lack of compassion. Triage nurses will be challenged to identify acuity if they are inundated. The potential problems worry me.

If you have never taken college courses, expect a year and a half, at least, to finish prereq's as a full time student before entering an 18 to 24 month ADN program. Have excellent grades! With the economy the way it is, the competition will be great...

Nursing school is challenging enough as it is without adding potential knowledge deficits. I would audit, ask to take tests and challenge yourself just like a credit class. You'll need what is taught in A&P II, I promise.

Just a quick note on the psych class. Maslow and Erikson are prominant in nursing classes.
