  2. Interesting article. Thanks for sharing this here. :)
  3. Congratulation dear. I hope your labor, delivery went fine and comfortable.
  4. Never heard and saw in my career who uses 60cc syringe to draw blood from a patient.
  5. Agreed with her, We go for CPR if the patient is unconscious.
  6. Well yes, I agree. If you cannot pass the exam, you have to admit the fact that you are not for a nursing career. Moreover, the system is very unbiased and crystal clear to blame. So once you enrolled in the program, than you have to give your 100% efforts to pass it.
  7. Well seriously if this happen then not acceptable and unethical act. You should report this to higher authorities.

Very disturbing article! How can an eight years old child get so much stressed and take this kind of extreme action is beyond my imagination.

Well, I don't have kids my have a little niece, whom I take care for school related stuff. So I keep checking her head because her school also have "No Nit" policy, even few months before her school management send her back because she was itching from that time. I went through her hair with fine tooth comb and didn't find anything, but still, I guess school should be a bit flexible in this policy. Even if they find something in child's head, then they should warn us first rather then sent a straight kid to the home.
  10. This world is full of surprises because you never know when your problems are resolved. A guy Donald Carter, a former Kansas City Police Department had a small discussion with a Popeyes (fast food chain) employee. Shajuana Mays, an employee of this restaurant, was experiencing mental fatigue. The main reason for this psychological stress was her financial instability. Since she was not able to continue her nursing school education due to this problem. After listening Shujana's tragic story, Donald made a plan to support her education. This idea came up to Donald's mind while he was eating his chicken. Donald started using Facebook for this purpose; he knew he needed to collect a sum of $1500 to pay for Shajuana's nursing license. His social circle on Facebook is around 1300 friends, and if he gets $5 from his 300 friends, he can easily manage to obtain the needed amount. Therefore, he launched a GoFundMe campaign in which he persuaded his peers to donate. The response was overwhelming for Donald because people contributed handsomely to this cause. The campaign generated $14660 and made a 28-year-old Shajuana Mays speechless as she had no words to express her feelings. She was so grateful for this great act of kindness from the people and especially from Donald Carter as he was the main force behind this humongous effort. She termed Donald her "Guardian Angel" who loves eating chicken.
  11. Agreed! What I believe is that it ok to have an average level of stress which helps one to become responsible towards their studies and improve performance but the overwhelming anxiety and pressure from teachers and parent could be severely affected by kids performance and thinking process. Stress during exam time is normal, but kids should know how to reduce it.

I love it we used to do in our school time. As far as asthma, you are concerned with there is nothing to do with running and playing. So let them enjoy their life at fullest :)
