Does you unit offer any incentives or bonus pay to train/precept new nurses to your unit?

Our organization pays $3 per hour...more than charge nurse pay actually

Yep, $4 an hour. And we totally earn it, IMO. It can be mentally exhausting at times!

$5.00/hr, plus incentives for 90 days, 180 days, and 1 yr of retention !

The nurses do not because it is in our job description to precept and educate, however CNAs do get $2 per hour to precept CNAs

No. We are discussing whether or not the preceptor should be called off if they are orienting someone.

We get a whopping 50 cents/hr for precepting.

No incentive. We're all expected to precept any new staff that may be working with us that shift.
