I love it!!!

I printed this - our secretary is going to put one in every teachers mailbox and see how many people actually use them BEST note ever!!

...as I'm in the middle of a dispute with our PE teacher who has received a couple notes from doctors/parents of 3 kids in the last few days excusing their child from PE due to the child being out sick for a few days...he proceeds to send the student with note in hand to my office for a note to excuse them from PE for the day....YOU HAVE A NOTE...ADDRESSED TO YOU!! Why do I need to be involved?!?! **end rant**

A non-nursing friend found this and posted it to my facebook wall the other day. I could not stop laughing.

A couple of things need to be added-

Complaints: Dog poop on shoe (and things of that nature)

Action taken: Administered stale saltines

Result of parental contact: NONE of the numbers listed are functioning (in case of a true emergency), parent asked why you are not calling the other parent (who they are divorced from), parent agrees to pick up child without even talking to the nurse
