NELRP 2014

I received the award in 2013, I was Tier 1, 180% my Mental Health HPSA score is 17. was hoping to follow up with some nurses from last year that did not get the award, hoping they recevied it this year. Its such a stressful process and it means so much to those that get the award, we stalked the threads and left comments for months so you all most feel like you know each other as we wait for that finalist letter.

Congratulations to all that have heard something!!! This is year two of applying for me and I'm still waiting. :-( I have my fingers crossed for everyone!! Good luck everyone!

I've been stalking this forum for awhile, but I thought I'd share in case some were interested.

I received an acceptance email on June 30.

My stats are:

Primary Health score: 13

Mental Health score: 17

Debt:salary ratio is 164%

I am a proud NP. =)

I am a nurse practitioner in the ER and I received an award letter on 6/30 as well! Hpsa score 15, income to debt ratio 210%. Good luck to everyone!

Have any regular nurses had any activity on their account?...mine still shows under review. I would imagine if any activity is going to happen we will probably see it this month. my score is 18 with 191%..

After speaking with a rep from the 1-800 number it seems like the ARNPs and nurse faculty applications are being processed first since they are in a separate category and are listed first in the "program and application guidance" section on the website. The lady mentioned we could not hear anything until October 30th (the last possible day) so don't give up

I'm an award finalist!!!! Can't remember my facility score but it was Tier one and my debt:income is 180%. I am a staff RN. My contract is signed, just waiting for the secretary to sign as well, I am so unbelievably grateful.

Got an email today woohoo!!! My HPSA is 14 and my debt/salary ratio is 200% after attending CWRU for my undergrad. Good luck to you all : )

Received my finalist email today! Very thankful and appreciative to all those that contributed info for all of us applicants throughout the process. So incredibly excited and grateful for this program! Good luck to those waiting patiently and congratulations to all finalists! Truly, what a blessing.

FYI my site score is 16 and my D2I is 220%
