Nov 16, 201015 yr Joyce Wagner, aka Daytonite, passed away late last spring. She was a gifted teacher who was able to explain complicated pathophysiology in understandable terms and demystify the concept of nursing care plans for many students. She will live on in the lives of those of us who were blessed by her great wisdom, her thoughtful presence and her determined spirit.Daytonite has passed away... - Nursing for NursesCount me among the many who miss her often.

Nov 16, 201015 yr Experts Every time I come across something that reminds me of her, I feel saddened. She was a major part of what is good at AN and will live on in the memories of those whose lives she touched.
Nov 16, 201015 yr I am also saddened to hear of Daytonite's passing. I graduated last Spring and passed my NCLEX in September. I remember seeking out her posts during my first year of nursing school. I really feel like she helped me get through it! I even used some of the patient charting sheets she recommended during my clinicals. I will always remember her, even though I didn't know her personally. :redpinkhe
