Last day?

Our last day was officially announced yesterday evening. My kids are done on 6/9 and staff is finished on 6/12. We are so close!!!

What about everyone else? This year has absolutely flown by for me, I can't believe it's already May.

    6/8 is the last day for students and we have our last workday on 6/9! 27 more days!

    They have changed ours from 6/13 to 6/14, and back, and back again. We really only had one snow/ice day so I'm not sure what the issue is. the kids are done 6/12 with a half day. Total waste of time.

    My son's last day is 5/26. My school's last day is 6/1. But maternity leave kicks in 5/26, so BOTH my son and I will be done by 5/25!! Its going to be a great summer!!

    How do you manage that and fit in 180 days? Just curious. I attended a private school from ages 3-18 and even then we have 180 days scheduled. We didn't have a winter break, so we got out earlier than the public school, but even then earliest I hit was mid-June.

    We only have 2 or 3 single days over the year, 4 days at Thanksgiving, 10 over New Years and 4 for spring break. We also have longer days, 45 minutes longer than public, so we only have 170 days.
