I guess my Etg was NEGATIVE, after all. The program Director emailed me as a followup from the letter this morning. He said he will forward to my caseworker for closing and successful completion. I checked on affinity, and now my caseworker also says it was NEGATIVE and that I will be allowed to complete.
I kept screenshots of all of this, and all of the correspondence all along, as it is rather interesting for comparison purposes.
But either way folks I'm DONE. I have successfully completed my monitoring!
Thank ALL OF YOU, from the bottom of my heart, for believing in me and believing me, for your prayers, and for checking in with me throughout all this hell to make sure I was still sane and alive.
This forum and community we have is awesome! THANK YOU ALL!

YAYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!! it's about dang time. You know you will never see an apology from them or anything that even might hint that they were in the wrong to begin with. Congratulations on getting done, and props for keeping on an not letting them win.
Now I am a busy bee, printing out the copies of lab reports that I requested and received, as well as that Letter of Successful Completion, Quarterly Compliance report for Q3 2016, and all the documentation of today. Included are the lab reports that state my results of "Non Negative" and a copy of the REAL report which states my ETG is negative.
This all sounds rather anal or OCD. Perhaps.
But the takeaway is to make copies of EVERYTHING. Know EXACTLY what is in your contract, ask for confirmation of things, and if you are in the right...PRESS THE ISSUE UNTIL YOU GET RESULTS.
I am not going there in terms of the trust issues that my case brings up, at least not right here. Suffice it to say I now do not assume that a lot of monitoring programs are really working to help those that end up in their clutches, necessarily. From what I have seen, a lot of people have benefitted from them, but there are many more, who like me, have fallen into the grey areas.
These grey areas really concern me, because there are healthcare professionals who are really getting hurt from this. There are people out there that don't have the resources, strength, or determination to follow up and are getting their lives ruined.
I think that just sucks, and am planning on something to do my part to see some sunshine and accountability come to the monitoring programs and the BON's they work with.
The grey areas need to stop.

I am ecstatic, elated, super excited, over the moon happy for you! I cannot imagine the feelings that are going through your head right now! Now am I to understand that the ETG was negative all along!??? Like from the beginning it was negative!? I don't mean for you to have to rehash this but can you explain how they are accounting for that?
Congratulations! You handled this entire situation with dignity, class, grace, and kept your head and your wits about you. Kudos to a very special person.

How indeed are they accounting for the discrepancies? Why was I told one thing and all of the sudden it was negative? How indeed. These questions are important ones.
I have copies of all the relevant documentation and will keep it. Every bit.
Thank you for that...really, thank all of you. Thank the Divine, in whatever form each of you believes in...or feel grateful if you don't believe. At times I am cynical about this, but do have a spiritual practice that includes higher beings.
I DO KNOW that something extraordinary happened today, for me and for others who fight this good fight.
