Is Tania a patient or a staff member? I'm guessing ( maybe hoping ) that you're a new nurse..

When is your response due?
How would you reply to these queries? Give a couple or 3 examples of responses?
Often, the less said, the better. Don't be too brief, but don't be verbose either.

Are you in the U.S.? Are you replying to a Board of Nursing/equivalent? If so I would consult an attorney experienced in dealing with things at that level.
There are right and wrong ways to respond whether you are guilty of these things or not. Best to consult an expert with whom you can discuss the details of the situation.
Good luck getting it sorted out.

Wow, a curry-walking penguin! Interesting. Where's that Davey Do (I think) so he can draw a picture of this?

Pretty sure the point of this is for you to reflect on your own practice, not for strangers to do it for you.

I would definitely get a lawyer to discuss this and if you're a new nurse and are being "bullied" by experienced staff members, i would be very careful about interacting with them and giving too much insight on your opinions about things.. Stay smart

I'm just curious what lead you to bring up being bullied? OP did not mention it in their post nor seem to indicate it in their post.

I'm not sure if i'm gonna be able to explain this well because my english is not that good.. She did not mention that but it does seem like someone mentioned her comment to the administration of her workplace, and that comment could've been to a patient or work colleague, either way, it's mean, and if it's true(antiethical) or not(i see that as bullying, specially if she's a newbie), she's facing those allegations..

OP, it sounds like there are concerns about unsafe practice. I suggest you reflect as directed. If your license is in jeopardy, legal assistance would be a great idea. No one here can write these responses for you. Good luck.
